I don’t understand when the Gitea mailer should send e-mails. In my understanding, it should at least send an email when an issue or pull request is created. On my private instance, I have configured mail and tested it in the admin settings, my user also has mail notifications enabled and I’m watching the repository. When I create an issue with another account on a repository (which is in my main account), I don’t receive email notification about it.
Is this the way it is meant to work or am I perhaps doing something wrong?
