To be fair I have no idea who runs the gitea.com Gitea instance or how to contact them for technical issues. All I found is this: Gitea Official Website
This might even be illegal, collecting personal information without contact info is not right at least under GDPR rules. The Gitea signup page Register - Gitea: Git with a cup of tea has no terms or privacy policy. Wtf is going on there?
