Sign In Prohibited after registration

I registered a new account on gitea.com about an hour ago. I was able to log in sucessfully right after completing the registration process. However, when I tried to log in again just now, I found that my account has been blocked.

I receive the following error message:

Could someone please help me understand why my account was blocked and what I need to do to regain access?

So sorry. Your account was caught up in a wave of new accounts opened up for spamming (yours was fine, but it was registered during that window) and inadvertently caught. I've unrestricted your account.
