How can I use Secrets defined at the user level in action scripts?

Hello, I’ve been successful in using actions scripts with variables and secrets that are set at the repository and organization levels (in their respective settings), but I have been unable to use the variables and secrets which I have defined at the user level (in user settings).

Is there anything that I need to do to ensure my project can access the user variables, or is there a different syntax I must use? I couldn’t find anything in the docs.

Syntax is the same but secrets with the same name in different places override each other. I don’t know the exact order but user secrets are defiantly superseded by repository secrets.

I’m also having trouble using user-level secrets. Have you solved this problem?
