Any federated site for asking programming questions?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any federated site for asking programming questions. I don’t consider “stackoverflow” such as site anymore as I find today it is impossible to ask questions there without being flooded with harassment. Codeproject doesn’t seem to have a lot of features.

Maybe a federated solution would work great to counteract the “king of the mountain” nonsense going on at stackoverflow, because a federation means there is not “only one mountain”, but anyone can make their own “mountian”.

Well I’ve been using them for a long time and I don’t feel harassed. Because you can’t get such detailed information anywhere else. There is also hubr, but it is less popular.
