Just noticed there are two ways for adding an oauth2 application. One from the user profile and one from the admin dashboard / application panel.
I didn’t see any difference in the UI fields or description.

It’s essentially the same, except when a user visits the auth page they’ll see that this app was created by either X user, or that it belongs to the site itself.
