Use inclusive French for translation

Hi everybody,
I’m touti, I’m a woman coder, new on gitea.
I’d like to ask few questions about philosophie and agreements to make Gitea more inclusive in french translation !
As you certainly know, french is a terrible language for women
and informatic is also not a great place for them.

My only question is : do you think it’s possible to change some terms to make them more inclusive ?

I just try here to know how you feel it, happy to read yours answers
