Rc release have no binary build?

If it’ s hard for people to try out rc releases, maybe rc versions cannot minimize bugs for stable releases.

According to the developers on Discord, it’s not intentional. The CI build was successful but something went wrong and no binaries were uploaded for v1.21.0-rc0 and v1.21.0-rc1.
