GitHub instantly flags my account as soon as I report a bug. And there is no mention anywhere in the account that it is not visible to others. Only when I try to contact support to unblock it, I am told that I must verify it via SMS. And when I enter my phone number and pass the captcha, I am told that I have wasted all attempts trying to make the first one! This is just some kind of surrealism.

In version 1.23 everything worked.
