# SSH not working for official Gitea website

Hi,  
I am having trouble with SSH on official Gitea website. It says I do not have permission (Permission denied - public key) or the repo does not exist. The repo exists and I am the owner of it. I checked SSH keys and everything works flawlessly on other systems, eg. GitHub. Do you have any idea why it does not work for Gitea?

What is the ‘official Gitea website’ that you are referring to?

Yes, but that’s distinct from the "Gitea website’, where the Gitea software itself is distributed.

Have you add your ssh public key in your settings?
