# Setting does not exist, why?

Why does the setting ALLOWED\_ORG\_VISIBILITY\_MODES not exist like ALLOWED\_USER\_VISIBILITY\_MODES. Both have a option to set the default (DEFAULT\_ORG\_VISIBILITY and DEFAULT\_USER\_VISIBILITY), but only users can be forbidden to choose some visibility mode. We would like it to be impossible for administrators to make a mistake and make a public organisation.
