Gitea is not creating the `/run/gitea/gitea.socket` file.

I am running Gentoo x86\_64, up-to-date, with a custom `/etc/init.d/gitea` file because the default Gentoo one is broken. I am attempting to use it with `nginx` and have pointed `nginx` to the socket. I have set the protocol as `fcgi+unix`.

Gitea is throwing a bunch of errors about not having permissions to `mkdir data`, which it does. I have checked that it does at least 5 times.
