Bonjour,

A webinar on [forge federation is being setup around mid-january](https://forum.forgefriends.org/t/forge-federation-webinar-january-th-2022-10am-noon-utc-1/538). It would be great if someone from Gitea could attend to make a short (5 minutes) presentation about the [ongoing federation efforts](https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/labels/theme%2Ffederation#).

What do you think?
