If I have a process external to Gitea (with access to the same gitea/lfs directory that Gitea is using) and I have it write (using the appropriate structure and naming scheme) an object into the file structure, is there a way to tell Gitea that the file is there?

I did a test with this and, despite the file being there, the first step of LFS pushes (i.e. to send a batch of objects) returns an action to upload the object, despite the object already physically existing (but not via the Gitea API).
