# Allow multiple PR from same user from same branch to a same branch

can you have more than one pull request from a branch (branch B) going into branch A, from the same user,

if this is a permission or config set up can you please share how to set this to enable this.

I feel that if a pr is just a diff, a set of changes, why not allow a user to open 2 prs?
