# Add Org level labels via API

Hi,  
I have a problem adding Organization level labels to a PR in a repo via API.  
(testing using api/swagger)  
Labels defined in repo works fine.

Is this a known limitation or is it due to the user privileges?

FYI, this is being fixed in 1.23 release
