# 2FA enabling not working on Gitea 1.2 clean install

## Description

On clean install with the latest version, 1.2, in a debian 8 server, when trying to enable 2FA (with QR or secret) it just gives an error of “That passcode is invalid. Try again.” Does anyone know about this issue why it is happening and what to do? Seems weird that a clean install is already failing…

Seems to be working fine for me. Check that your servers time is correct
